This is my favorite gingerbread cookie recipe, with perfect amount of spices, molasses and brown sugar for Christmas goodness!

This is not a recipe for soft gingerbread cookies, but for cookies with sharp edges, that hold their shape after baking and is perfect for cookie decorating and for shaker cookies.

This recipe also includes instructions for the proper use of cookie cutters without the dough sticking.
