SHIPPING & HANDLING
Customers are responsible for tracking the shipment status of their package and providing the correct shipping address. A confirmation e-mail is sent to all customers after the order is placed to check for any mistakes. We highly encourage customers to check with your country's postal service for more information on your order shipment status.
Foodie.yuki is not responsible for unclaimed packages, or lost packages due to wrong address or information submitted by the customer. In any case that the package is returned to sender (our office), including missed pickup, unclaimed package, or the address does not exist, the customer is required to pay additional postage fees plus 10% penalty charge for re-shipment. The package must be returned to us to qualify for re-shipment for missed pickup or an unclaimed package. Please keep in mind that packages may take up to 4-8 weeks to be delivered back to our office.
You have two weeks from the date of return to our offices to request a reshipment.
Foodie.yuki is not responsible for any import/export, customs or duty fees incurred during shipping. We highly encourage customers to check with your country's import rules before placing the order. A customer is not compensated if they refuse to accept the package due to the customs fees incurred on it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship via Swiss Post. Swiss Post transfers your package to your country’s postal service once it reaches your country. Missed packages are shipped back to our facilities. Please keep track of your package in order to avoid re-shipment fees.
Please note: International packages may get stuck at customs, resulting in additional delays beyond our control. This will affect the package’s delivery date. Please see your country’s postal service for more information on your order's shipment status.
